You’re not paying for 50 minutes.

If partnering on execution makes sense, we’ll discuss what that looks like.

I started as a career counselor during the 2010 downturn (yup, that was a doozy). and I’ve spent over a decade studying what actually separates women who almost get hired from women who command strong offers. 

That means no "always a bride's maid, never a bride" syndrome here.

I’m grounded in professional execution, real results, and my conviction as a Christian. I believe excellence and integrity can coexist. And while results (below) often matter more than credentials, you might find it helpful to know your coach is a former tenured faculty with a Master of Science in Counseling, and is both Board Certified and an ICF certified coach.
