Intake survey: You'll get started by completing an intake survey and submitting your current resume (no need to revise!)

30-minute laser coaching: You'll schedule a 30-minute phone call, where I'll help you gain clarity on your career motivations and decision-making patterns.  

Interest inventory assessment: You'll then be ready to take a quick and easy career inventory assessment.

Career counseling session: We'll interpret your results together, discuss career possibilities, and provide instructions on your career assignment. 

Specialized career assignment: You'll have a career assignment specific to your exploration process. This might be an informational interview, career research, or other exploration activity to help narrow/confirm your choice. 

Career strategy session: This is the final session, where I coach you through your decision, or help you strategize the career move you've decided on.

Resume strategy session: We'll hop on a call where I'll get clear on your signature strengths, hallmark contributions, and professional brand. I'll also share the initial strategies I'll be redesigning your resume with. 

Draft resume emailed to you: You'll receive a draft of your resume via email, any requests for information I might have, and instructions on providing feedback via email or call. 

Optional revision call: You can email your revisions or schedule an optional revision call to go over the changes/information requests via phone. 

Final Word/PDFs emailed: once we are happy with the content, I'll do a format, grammar, spelling & style check and email you a Word and PDF document.

LinkedIn Optimization Plan: After the call, I'll send you a one-sheet summarizing the audit results, your optimization steps, and any verbiage we came up with for your profile. 

Final Word/PDFs emailed: At the very end, I'll do a format, grammar, spelling & style check on your resume and email you a Word and PDF document.

Mock interview 1 + debrief/coaching: We'll go straight into a professional interview for the first 30 minutes. Then we'll discuss your strengths and high-impact strategies to take your responses and non-verbal communication to the next level.  

Mock interview 2 + debrief/coaching: We'll repeat the process, now with your newfound skills. In the second half we'll further elevate your mindset and add advanced techniques to your toolbox. You'll leave with action steps to master interviewing.

Personalized Interview Plans: After each mock, I'll send you a recording of your interview, the strengths to capitalize on and and action steps for improvement, and any strategies or best practices to take action on.  

Our process:

Free coaching consult: Begin by scheduling a free coaching consult to discuss your career needs and a potential plan of action. If we are ready to move forward, I'll send you the package checkout page and we can schedule an appointment as early as the next day (depending on availability).

Personalize Improvement Plans: You'll receive one or more Personalized Improvement Plans summarizing key strategies, techniques and notes from our sessions, as well as any future action steps and resources.
